About Me… Hi! I’m Vanessa and welcome to Hairapy Studio! I graduated from San Jose City Cosmetology in 2011 and have been a licensed stylist since 2012. I have trained at Wella Studios in Woodland Hills, Vidal Sassoon in Santa Monica, The Business of Balayage, cutting classes from Anh Tran and have had continuous advanced education since then to keep up with inspiring trends. I specialize in modern shags & effortless bobs, long layers and also love men’s cuts! I love to create dimensional low maintenance color and the occasional vivid project! Covid/Mask Guidelines… Masks are only mandatory if you are getting over a cold and no longer contagious. If you are Covid positive your appointment must be rescheduled. Location/Parking… I am located at Sola Salon Studios in Japantown San Jose at 10th & Taylor. There is plenty of free street parking or designated Sola Guest parking in the Windsor Apartment parking lot on 9th & Taylor. You may enter from our double front doors facing 10th Street or our single side door entrance facing Taylor St. Both labeled Sola Salon Studios, Suite 10. Cancellation Policy
DEPOSITS:
All deposits are non-refundable.
CONFIRMATION TEXT & EMAIL:
72 hours before your scheduled appointment you will be sent a confirmation text & email. Please make sure to confirm.
REMINDER TEXT & EMAIL:
24 hours before your scheduled appointment you will receive a reminder text & email with all your appointment information.
RESCHEDULING:
Appointments rescheduled up to 72 hours prior will not be charged additional fees.
Appointments rescheduled under 72 hours will require an additional deposit.
CANCELLATIONS:
Appointments cancelled up to 72 hours prior will not be charged additional fees. All appointments cancelled under 72 hours without rescheduling will be charged a 50% service fee.
NO-SHOWS:
No-calls or No-shows will be charged 100% total service fee.
RUNNING LATE:
If you are running late please text me as soon as possible, so I can make any adjustments for the remainder of my schedule. Depending on your booked service if you are more than 15 minutes late your appointment will need to be rescheduled and you will be charged a 50% service fee.
This policy is in place to prevent cancellations and ensure punctuality so I can give you the best experience for every service.
